She made it safe to dive into what we all hold inside of us and what is holding us back from being our best selves.
I had SO many emotions surface…. Joy, gratitude, and empowerment to doubts, sadness, and I don’t even know what to label some of them.
I was always scared to feel things; I guess growing up, no one spoke about feelings and emotions. People around me were either pissed or neutral.
But what I’m taking away from this and learning in 2022, every emotion is OK. And when you acknowledge and feel it when you deal with it… it moves on ! 🌈 Feel it, and you will heal it😀
Rainbow Awakening taught me so much about myself. Thank you, Yve, for your wisdom and for sharing it.
