Being the light through the breakdowns

How can you CHOOSE to be anchored in love and step into your light during such chaotic times?

I know firsthand how breakdowns are necessary for us to breakthrough. With each of my breakdowns around health, home, finances, creative projects, and security, I often felt the darkness testing me and trying to pull me in. Everything I counted on and loved was now shattered and broken into thousands of pieces scattered on the ground.

All those scattered little pieces were me, and desperation and overwhelm came over me.

Do you relate?

My ego could not hold on to any of it. My ego wanted to show up in the world perfect as nothing was wrong as it desperately attempted to piece the parts scattered on the floor back together. My life was good, so why did it break?

In my heart, I knew that the broken-ness was part of the creation process. Deep down, I knew that I was operating in the ways I knew how. My innate essence was, is, and always will be. That will never change.

MY LITTLE GUIDE.

I stood at the edge of the mountain I was struggling to climb and chose to let go.

My innate essence gave me a nudge to let go.

I jumped into the darkness with a heart full of love and eyes wide open!

Right before jumping, I asked for help. I allowed the assistance of the Universe to guide my way. I received my spiritual support team's guidance, and I know I am NOT "jumping" all alone. I always receive what is needed to become whole once again.

I knew a new "me" was rising from the ashes, and this trust kept me sane. My path became illuminated with the light of love.

Suddenly, my path became illuminated with the light of love.

(My son’s dream was about also falling off the mountain.  He is always on point!)

Letting go with eyes wide open and allowing the breaking down is part of the building back up!

This process is part of who we were, who we are, and who we will be.  It's our birthright to allow change to be part of us.

But, we need to be willing to see, feel, and hear the parts of us lost in the shadows to shed light on it.

How can I be the light through the breakdowns?

I start with looking within and healing the places inside myself that don't feel safe, heard, acknowledged, seen, and included. The wounds are echoes that resonate loud and clear in the world. Perhaps they could be reflections of what is happening inside of all of us?

Darkness is simply the absence of light. Let's shine the light into the darkest of places and illuminate what's always been there.

A clearer picture reveals itself through the contrast and pain while the old pieces fade away into oblivion. And the beauty of it all is that there is no end in sight, no place to arrive at, and no destination.

Our breaking down and building back up is part of who we were, who we are, and who we will be.  It's our birthright to allow this process to be part of us.

As a nation, we also have been broken open to shed light on what needs healing. We have an opportunity to allow the old unjust structures and ways of operating to fall away. At the same time, we must anchor the new and more expansive vision of what we want to create now in the name of peace, justice, integrity, and in the light of love. Yes, we can be the light for ourselves and each other regardless of what is happening on the outside.

We are amongst significant change, and it does not happen overnight. It takes patience, persistence, and trust. Our nation has been shattered into pieces, but it's divine essence remains. We will build her up together once again.

But, we need to be willing to see, feel, and hear those parts lost in the shadows to shed light on it and change it.

We can learn to hold ourselves as a loving parent would. Through this steadfast love, she holds her child wrapped in compassion and understanding, allowing all emotions to be ok.

Can we allow the small parts of ourselves to cry, scream, and be broken open?

The darkness doesn't seem so dark when we are loved through it.

“The darkness doesn’t seem so dark when we are loved through it.”

The changing times may have brought out some intense emotions to deal with. How are you reaching out for help to support your journey? Being a light through the chaos is possible! It is not an easy job to this alone.

A like-minded community allows the broken pieces to fall away as we anchor in the fresh new possibilities of a higher vision accompanied by a higher vibration to match.

Our divine essence is the light that unites us all.  Let's believe in our ability to step into our light and lead the way anchored in love.

Reach out if you feel the call to be part of a community anchoring the light of love.

I the light of love,

Yve
