I didn’t know what to expect when signing up for this program, but the "Rainbow Awakening" online program couldn’t come at a better time.  I shared more of my feelings with a group I had never met than with the people closest to me.  It felt safe and non-judgmental.  In one of the sessions, Yve chose me to “dig” deep into my old belief systems.  It was uncomfortable and scary but also freeing.  For the first time, I recognized that my old belief didn’t align with my new belief and wasn’t attached to it.  That was powerful.  The tools I continue to use are the “muscle test” and “stop, drop, and receive.”  

It was also fantastic to experience her other online program called "The 40 Day Green Cleanse.  I had fun shopping by color and got to experience vegetables and fruits I’ve never tried before.  Yve is an incredible human who is loving, compassionate, and open to helping others.  She is always supportive of my business Yummmm!Bar and sharing this cold-pressed snack bar with others.
