Transmuting Darkness into Light
Many of us are finding that we are going through massive awakenings and transformation at this moment in time. Change is evident, and we may be feeling like the old ways of creating in the world are finally crumbling. There is so much being deconstructed all around us. And so many going through immense emotion and fear that perhaps has never been felt before.
Some are gripping on for dear life, while others have chosen to let go and trust the process. Perhaps life has been preparing you in mind, body, and spirit for this global shift that is happening now. Take a moment to think about those heavy and dark experiences that brought you to your knees. How have they grown you to be a better person? How do those stories serve as a torch for others?

There are those at the forefront of this particular time that are well prepared for what is coming. While some are just starting to look within a little deeper, do their inner work, and trust that everything is part of divine order. But, together, we will make a difference in real and everlasting change that will be more contagious than the coronavirus.
These changes that trickle through our hearts and community will eventually start changing the systems that make up our world for the better. But, we need to take this opportunity to truly heal from the root up and let go of the trauma, drama, and weight that are holding us back, so we can tread a little lighter and do what we came here to do. The pause can serve us to shine the light on all the dark places within and to finally heal. And it may help elevate those that have forgotten their light. It’s time to dance, sing, express, and dream up a better and more fruitful life! Can we find the lightness of joy through this Pandemic?

We are amid significant shifts. We must not give in to the temptation of showing up the old way and force things to go back to what is comfortable. The feminine within is guiding our way to a new and better story. But we can all see this as an opportunity to rise and serve from the lightness of our hearts. There have been significant catalysts in my own life that have contributed to huge awakenings and have prepared me for these global awakenings. My relationship to self, my mother, divorce, a chronic virus contracted at birth, and finally, cancer. Through this journey, I have gained the virtues of self-love, acceptance, trust, forgiveness, compassion, and courage.
It is a story of the wounded healer, the hierophant, the warrior, and the lightworker. But, there are no words to express the knowledge found in the struggles to fly my wings finally. Through these opportunities, I have up-leveled my ability to be the light for others through dark times. Perhaps your darkest moments have been your greatest gifts as well?
What I have learned on my journey is that the Universe is inviting us to choose a new way to respond to fear. It can be challenging sifting through all the false information in the world and seeing people dying of illnesses, losing everything they have, but when we tune in to our hearts, the truth will be the anchor. We must learn to be the deliberate creators we have come here to be, more now than ever.
We are treading in new unchartered waters that represent our flow with the Creator; Love is our canoe, and trust is the oars.

The Golden Age is upon us, and the shift taking place is significant. The days of being swept up and disempowered by duality are no longer part of the trance, as we all have the freedom to choose to live in the light or darkness. With eyes wide open, it is up to each individual to continue to be stuck in the past, the old ways, the outdated stories. Or we can choose to create new patterns, better ways of being, and create enlightening stories that have never been written before. The good news is that we have a choice.
We all are awakening to the intimate connections and vital roles that play into our story, community, and existence. Lighter doesn’t mean weaker. Walking lighter is allowing the higher power to move mountains with the law of least effort. Receiving the higher power is feminine, and the mover of mountains is masculine. This balance of forces is within us all, and it’s up to us to harmonize these two powerful energies within. The Earth is directly affected by our inner signals. As we heal and love ourselves, others will follow. As we will hold and respect her story, so many more will open their eyes and start believing that we are indeed the leading edge of change one person at a time.
The Earth will flourish as we seed this new way of being. Keep loving yourself and hold each other close. Believe in your beauty and the medicine you embody.
